When Baker years ago released the people felt that all this you could use was plain white bread. Maybe it isn't even close be true.

Basic white bread
1 1/4 cups of water
2 tablespoons of milk powder
2 C-cucharadas of oil (l usually use canola)
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 Teaspoon of yeast
Use the standard background from wet to dry in the top, mixing process. It is delicious with butter and honey when it is hot.

Grain and honey bread
3/4 cup warm water
C 2 tablespoon honey (liquid or melted)
C 2 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
C. 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
3 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour (flower mixed grain is fine)
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 Teaspoons granulated yeast
Put salt in the bread machine first, then add all the other ingredients except oats, yeast and flour. Add the oats and flour. Make a small hole in the top of the dry ingredients for yeast. Bake as usual.

Buttermilk cheese bread
This gives you a tasty and moist bread. Very well maintained, but they probably going to end even before that account!
1 and 1/8 cup of buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt
C 2 tablespoons sugar
COPA.75 extra sharp cheddar (shredded)
3 cups bread flour
1.5 Teaspoons bread machine yeast
Prepare in the usual way. All wet in the first place, the ingredients of cheese and then dry ingredients and yeast on top.

Oatmeal bread
Use of natural oats. Put them in a pot of boiling water and then soak them until you refresh. Add the other ingredients and then proceed in the usual way.
1 cup oat flakes
11 fl.oz. water
1/2 teaspoon salt
C 3 tablespoons brown sugar
C 2 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
